Q. What does your company do?
A. We are a stone quarry, manufacturing company. We also import different types of stone blocks and slabs from all over the world. Produce them to different products as customers' requirements.
Q. Where do your stones come from?
A. They are quarried in China and imported from oversea. We have long term access of materials from all over the world like ltaly, Spain, Portugal, Turkey, Brazil ...etc.
Q. How do you produce your products?
A. We combine the most advanced CNC machine works together with the finest hand works. We have world branded machines like gangsaws, automatic polishing line. evacuating and drying lines,5Axis cutting machines, bridge cutters, waterjets machines...At the same time we have very experienced stone men with long years workina in stone industry with the top-quality hand work that are needed in stone manufacturing.
Q. What's your main products?
A. We produce most types of stone products. slabs, countertops, cut to size, tiles, mosaics, waterjet pattern stone, inlays, carvings ... and all kinds of quartz and terrazzo products.
Q. What's projects have you done before?
A. Faith Stone is well known brand for stone projects in China. Our projects cover from airports to hotels from office buildings to residence communities, from villas to homes You can see our stones in the Wynns, the Hiltons, the Venetions, the Palms...the Wanda Plazas, Jianfa Communities, Zhujiang Communities, even in the Peoples Great Hall and Zhong Nan Hai in Beijing China.
Q. Do you accept custom designs?
A. Yes, you can send us either drawings or pictures, we will make the design in stone for you.
Q. Can I see the production process?
A. Yes, we will keep you posted with production photos. We will not pack the products until we get your approval on the final products.
Q. Once my order is placed, how long will it take for us to get the products?
A. lt depends on the type of stones and projects and quantities. Please contact us to communicate for different products and projects.
Q. What terms of payments are accepted?
A. We do mostly T/T Wire transfer. Deposit to start production and the balance at shipping time after we get your approval of the final products.
Q. What if my products are broken or damaged when I receive it?
A. We have long years' experience packing and protecting stone products. We had very few broken products when customer receive them.
